Directions
Raise the temperature of the oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Sauté the carrots, garlic and onions right up until they are delicate. Combine the peppers, chili powder and celery. Cook for 6 minutes. Stir inside the mushrooms. Cook for four minutes.
