Most often people attribute the name Saint Paul Saints with good family fun baseball. In the recent past the Saints have started a new endeavor found in Lakeville Mn named the Saints Sports Academy. In 2002 he led the country with 22 passes defended and earned the respects : Gazette All-American, Honorable Mention Return Specialist, First Team All-NCC Kick Returner / second Team cornerback and Daktronics First-Teamer.
Besides Brown, the football training staff includes second round draft pick of the Minnesota Vikings Willie Howard. Howard is the Head Coach for the Semi-Pro South Metro Dragons football team, who use the Lakeville indoor facility as their winter coaching facility. Howard attended Stanford ( All-Pac Ten) and played as a defensive tackle.
Ryan Hoag, aka Mr. Irelevant because he was the Oakland Raiders last pick in the 2003 NFL Draft, has also joined the Sports Academy football coaching instructors. Hoag went to Gustavus Adolphus ( All-MIAC 1st Team ) and spent time with pro teams: the NY Giants, MN Vikings, WA Redskins, Edmonton Eskimos and Jacksonville Jaguars before playing with the NY Sentinels of the United Football League in 2009.
Completing the football training workers at the Sports Academy is Joe Peters. Peters attended Concordia University (Fir|1}st Team All-Northern Sun, D2football.com 1st Team All-Midwest region ). He also played professionally for the Chicago Rush, Peoria Pirates and Green Bay Blizzards ( 1st Team All-AF2 ).
